HUY THANH JEWELRY (HTJ), established in 1987 in Vietnam, is a professional manufacturer of jewelry with more than 30 years of experience.
From 1987, HTJ focused on manufacturing and supplying gold jewelry for clients, who own jewelry shops in many provinces in Vietnam. Besides, HTJ also processes goods for foreign clients.
In 2015, HTJ officially launched the retail chain in Vietnam. After 7 years, we get millions of customers’ belief and rank in the top 5 brands of gold wedding rings and jewelry.
Up to now, Huy Thanh Jewelry owns a retail chain with 13 stores in Vietnam and export fine jewelry to customers from many countries such as South Korea, Australia, United States, France, Japan,...

We accept payment by Bank transfer, PayPal, Binance, Western Union, Moneygram.
As the official order is placed, a 50% deposit is required. The balance must be made before shipment.

Customized service is accepted. Besides, our design team can develop the designs from clients’ sketch.
For OEM service:
Customized fee is around $80 if HTJ creates 3D file.
Mold charge is around $50 if customers provide HTJ with a metal master to make mold.
We will refund you the mold charge when the order quantity is more than 200pcs 

04. Do you offer customized service?

The production lead time is 2-3 weeks upon receipt of deposit.

The gold price is fixed when official order is confirmed (Once you pay the deposit).

03. When is the gold price fixed?

• The first order (sample): Our MOQ is 1pce/ design, 10pcs/ order
• From the second order: Our MOQ is 3pcs/ design for gold products and 20pcs /design for silver products, 50pcs/ order.

We own a factory and a retail chain with 13 stores in Viet Nam.

01. Are you a manufacturer or trading company? 

Products with technical problems should be informed to us within 4 days after the receipt date. Clients can choose either following options:
• Sending back the products to us for fixing. Once fixed, products will be shipped to you and the two-way shipping fee will be on our account.
• Keeping the products and we will offer a compensation on the next order.

08. Exchange & return policy

We use FedEx, UPS service for all shipments and shipping fee depends on final weight of the parcel, but min charge for 1kg parcel is required by FedEx/UPS:
• If you already have Fedex/UPS account, we will use yours.
• If you don’t have Fedex/UPS account, we will pay for the shipping fee that will be added to your final invoice.
